Hailing from Greeneville, Tennessee, The Foundations is a father-and-son Southern Gospel duo featuring Ronnie and Stephen Thompson. Founded in 1992, their ministry is guided by 1 Corinthians 3:11: "For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."

For over three decades, Ronnie and Stephen have carried the gospel across Tennessee, Virginia, and the Carolinas—sharing their music at churches, as well as regional gatherings like the Grand Ole Gospel Reunion and the Castlewood Annual Gospel Sing.

Combining timeless hymns and classic standards with modern Southern Gospel favorites, they are dedicated to telling the greatest story ever told through song.
