the Foundations

I thank God for the talent and calling He has placed on my life. I was saved at the age of 13. I sing lead/baritone for The Foundations. I began playing drums at church and in our family group at age six. I joined Dad and the Celestial City Boys, a regional quartet, by playing drums at age eleven. In 1993, at age thirteen, Dad and I organized The Foundations. I began by playing drums and occasionally singing. Within a couple of years, the group found themselves in need of a singer and I have filled that role ever since. I also operate Windrush Productions. Originally designed as an in-house recording studio for The Foundations, now others find our services useful. I attended Tusculum College and have become a certified audio engineer at the Recording Workshop. I hold a Master's degree in Education from Tusculum College. I am married to the love of my life; Tara and we have a beautiful daughter, Natalie Jene.
